The hotel was gorgeous and quiet with outstandingly accommodating personnel with their wheelchair. The location was stunning and magnificent, just next door to Queensbay Mall and other F & B outlets and Eastin and Queensbay mall and most companies

Nothing everything was great.

There is not much attraction at night and the shopping mall sucks.

The hotel was close to the airport. A major shopping mall with many cafes and restaurants was within 5 minutes walk. The room was clean, confortable, well appointed and of a cood size.

The hotel exactly suited my purposes. I have no complaints

The location is favourable, 1 mile from Queensbay Mall. The room is silent, updated comes with all the amenities and twin bed and the hanging shower.

Great location, close to Queensbay Mall and with good express bus connections into the city. The hotel is clean and comfortable, offering spacious rooms with a comfortable bed. The breakfast spread is extensive and well presented. The staff are friendly

I had a great stay at this hotel with its convenient location for both business and leisure, excellent staff service, clean and well-maintained facilities, and tasty breakfast choices with both Western and Asian options. The Wi-Fi was fast

One complaint I would like to let u know the condition of your bathroom at room 1202 that u given me. The shower place was flooding every time I'm take my bath.

Everything is excellent, except for the room size, a bit small.
