The hotel was close to the airport. A major shopping mall with many cafes and restaurants was within 5 minutes walk. The room was clean, confortable, well appointed and of a cood size.
The hotel exactly suited my purposes. I have no complaints

The location is favourable, 1 mile from Queensbay Mall. The room is silent, updated comes with all the amenities and twin bed and the hanging shower.
A little limited breakfast, it should be way much better.

Great location, close to Queensbay Mall and with good express bus connections into the city. The hotel is clean and comfortable, offering spacious rooms with a comfortable bed. The breakfast spread is extensive and well presented. The staff are friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout my stay. I appreciated the packed breakfast they provided when I had to check out early. The hotel also offers a helpful guide on using the Grab app for transportation. I had a pleasant experience at Eastin Hotel and would recommend it to others.

I had a great stay at this hotel with its convenient location for both business and leisure, excellent staff service, clean and well-maintained facilities, and tasty breakfast choices with both Western and Asian options. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, and I appreciated the air cleaner machine they provided due to my allergies and asthma. The lounge Cafe on the ground floor was a nice touch for a quick meeting.

One complaint I would like to let u know the condition of your bathroom at room 1202 that u given me. The shower place was flooding every time I'm take my bath.
